1. Fishy Milky - Ethan's favourite sippy cup...and it can only have milk in it, thank you very much.
2. Just a sec! - said whenever Mommy tells Ethan it's time to do, well, anything!
3. Gimme a kiss. (sometimes How 'bout a kiss.) always followed by...
4. Gimme a hug. (sometimes How 'bout a hug) and usually right when Mommy is rushing out the door for work, of course!
5. How 'bout.... (anything other than what Mommy has suggested!)
6. Ahh, not today! (generally in answer to Mommy's reminder that it's bedtime.)
7. Thank you, Jesus, for Mommy and Daddy and Emma and Hannah and Esan and Grandma and Grandpa and Auntie Shauna and Auntie Donna and Mommy and Daddy and Emma and Hannah and Mommy and Daddy and Mommy!
8. I come, too! Please, Mommy, please! (to pretty much anywhere Mommy is going!)
9. I do it! (again, to pretty much anything.)
10. 'UPPER!!! (how he calls Daddy to supper when Daddy is working downstairs, and always in his very loudest voice.)
11. Hey! .... humph. (translation: That's not fair!)
12. You're welcome, Miss Welcome. (when Mommy calls him Mr. Manners...because he does have good manners!)

Before I list the last one, you have to understand something about my boy. He LOVES Veggie Tales and Larry Boy - and that's putting it mildly. Ethan's whole day revolves around which Veggie Tales or Larry Boy movie he's going to watch that day. And he thinks the sole purpose of going to church on Sundays is so he can get a new Veggie Tales or Larry Boy video from the library. This explains why we regularly hear Ethan quote Larry Boy by saying:

13. "I am that HERO!" (and I think he really thinks he is!)
